Process
Submission & Review Process
Step 1
Register
Create your author account on our submission portal.
Step 2
Submit
Upload your manuscript in the required format via the portal.
Step 3
Desk Review
Editors check scope fit and basic quality within 5 days.
Step 4
Peer Review
Double-blind review by 2–3 domain experts (≈21 days).
Step 5
Revision
Authors revise based on reviewer comments if required.
Step 6
Decision
Final decision: Accept, Revise, or Reject.
Step 7
Publish
Accepted manuscript published online with DOI.
Requirements
Manuscript Preparation
File Format
Microsoft Word (.docx) or LaTeX (.tex) with PDF. Final accepted manuscripts require
source files.
Font & Size
Times New Roman 12pt or Arial 11pt with 1.5 line spacing throughout the
manuscript.
Margins
Standard 1 inch (2.54 cm) on all sides. A4 paper size.
Word Limits
Original Articles: 5000–8000 words. Review Articles: up to 12,000 words. Short
Comm.: 2000 words max.
Anonymity
Remove all author identifying information from the manuscript file for peer review.
Language
English (British or American consistently throughout). Professional language editing
recommended for non-native speakers.
- 1. Title Page (separate file): Full title, all author names, affiliations, ORCID IDs, corresponding author details
- 2. Abstract (200–300 words): Background, Methods, Results, Conclusions structure for original articles
- 3. Keywords: 5–8 keywords separated by semicolons
- 4. Introduction: Background, rationale, and clear statement of objectives
- 5. Materials & Methods: Reproducible detail, ethical approvals mentioned, statistical methods
- 6. Results: Presented objectively without discussion. Clear headings. Data in tables/figures
- 7. Discussion: Interpretation, comparison with literature, limitations, future directions
- 8. Conclusions: Brief summary of main findings and implications
- 9. Acknowledgements: Funding sources, facilities, personal assistance
- 10. References: As per journal reference style (Vancouver / APA 7th as applicable)
- 11. Tables and Figures: At end of document or in separate file with legends
Reference Style (Vancouver)
References should be numbered consecutively in the order they appear in the text. Cite references as superscript numbers.

- Minimum 300 DPI resolution (600 DPI for line art)
- Formats: TIFF, EPS, or high-quality PNG/JPG
- Clearly labeled with descriptive captions
- Cited sequentially in text (Figure 1, Figure 2…)
- Color figures accepted; grayscale if printing cost is a concern
- No copyrighted images without written permission
Tables
- Use Word table editor or LaTeX tabular environment
- Number tables sequentially (Table 1, Table 2…)
- Explanatory title above each table
- Footnotes below table for abbreviations
- No vertical lines; minimal horizontal lines
- Do not duplicate data already presented in figures
